Candidates seeking admission into the college are to apply in the prescribed admission form which can be collected along with the prospectus from the office of the college. The completed Application form must be submitted along with following documents –

(i) Self Attested Copy/copies of Mark Sheet(s) of last examination passed.

(ii) Self Attested Copy of the Pass Certificate.

(iii) Self Attested Copy of the Age – Proof Certificate.

(iv) Self Attested Copy of Caste Certificate wherever applicable.

(v) Self Attested Copies of Adhaar Card & Pan Card.

(v) Four Copies of recent Passport Size Photographs.

(vi) Each student, as well as the parent/Guardian will have to swear on Affidavit in the prescribed format of the UGC regulations that the student/ward will not indulge in any act which may constitute ragging.

(vii) Migration Certificate, if transferred from other Boards.
